Tony did my original assessment, he spent so much time ensuring that we had covered all of the issues that could affect the way in which I work. He recommended equipment to help with my position and posture whilst working at the laptop and keyboard etc. The equipment was then delivered by Ryan who had previously sent me a message to confirm delivery date a details. On arrival Ryan confirmed what was being delivered then built/constructed the chair and unpacked all of the equipment and furniture. Ryan was attentive at all times, ensuring that I understood what each item was for and how it was operated.

Patrick Ramsey was a very helpful software trainer. He ran through all the useful features i had on the software which came with my computer and was patient, personable and flexible when it came to allowing me to use these features and understand what situations they may come in useful for in my work. I had an assessment with Tony today was such a great experience, his a great communicator and good listener. He explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything provided for me. He allow me to give my option and critics.
