Celebrating Disability Pride Month: Our Ongoing Commitment to Inclusion at Remtek Workplace

Disability Pride Month

Remtek DSE assessment

This month we are proud to stand in solidarity with the disability community as part of Disability Pride Month. July marks a powerful time to celebrate the achievements, identities, and contributions of disabled people; while also reflecting on how we can continue to push for more inclusive, accessible workplaces.

As a company that champions disability inclusion and support, this month holds special meaning for us. It’s a reminder of why our work matters and a call to action to keep learning, evolving, and advocating for equity in every corner of working life.

Our Role: Supporting Accessible, Inclusive Workplaces

At Remtek Workplace, we support businesses and people across the UK in building inclusive environments where disabled employees can succeed.

One of the ways we do this is through our Coaching and Disability Awareness Training services, designed to equip teams with the understanding, confidence, and empathy needed to create truly accessible cultures.

Our Services Include:

Tailored, expert-led sessions that unpack what disability looks like in today’s world; visible and invisible, permanent and fluctuating. We explore barriers, challenge misconceptions, and offer practical tools to improve day-to-day interactions and long-term strategies.

We provide supportive, confidential coaching for employees with disabilities or neurodiverse conditions. Whether navigating adjustments, confidence at work, or career progression, our coaches are here to empower people to flourish.

  • Manager and Leadership Guidance

Helping line managers, HR teams, and leadership build disability confidence so they can lead inclusively, with care and competence.

  • Coaching & Inclusive Leadership Advising

Guidance for managers and executive teams to embed inclusion strategically. Evaluations of tech, workspaces, and processes to drive structural accessibility.
