Environmental Responsibility and Our Net Zero Commitment

We are working towards an 85% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 2030, using 2016 as our baseline year. We are proud to have already achieved a 63.4% reduction in direct emissions by 2021.

Retrofitting our offices with energy-efficient lighting and low-flow water systems

Paperless

Operating a paperless approach, including electronic invoicing across our supply chain

Reducing transport emissions through:

Homeworking for over 40% of our workforce

Transitioning to electric vehicles within our fleet

Smarter scheduling of field engineers to minimise travel time and mileage

Recycling

Diverting over 95% of our waste from landfill through our partnership with JWS Waste and Recycling

Refurbishment

Prioritising refurbished and recyclable equipment wherever possible

Ethical and Sustainable Supply Chain

We are committed to working with partners who share our values. Our supply chain initiatives include:

UK based Placing over 90% of assistive technology and equipment orders with UK-based SMEs, and 1% with voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs)
Code of Conduct Securing agreement to our Sustainability and Ethics Code of Conduct from 98% of suppliers
Supplier Audits Carrying out annual supplier audits to ensure alignment with circular economy principles and ethical business practices
UK manufactury Favouring UK-manufactured, repairable and recyclable products wherever possible
Collaboration Collaborating with partners to develop low-impact, user-focused solutions

Smart Systems and Infrastructure

Our cloud-based CRM system, which is GDPR compliant and fully scalable, helps us reduce infrastructure demands while enhancing service delivery. It provides:
