Had a lovely experience with my training with them today! Philip was the one to train me, and he did an outstanding job. Very patient with my lack of tech skills, went above and beyond to show and explain all my software features and even when we had some time left on the session he showed me how to use another software to help me with my university citations. I’ve had 4 hours of training with Patrick and he’s been very helpful. He goes at a slow and steady pace for me and made adjustments to accommodate me needing 1 hour instead of 2.
