How our training works

1. Session setup

Sessions are booked online or in person based on the hours in the DSA2 letter. Equipment and access are checked before training begins.

2. Individual Learning Plan

Each session starts with an ILP to set goals, note needs, and choose the best software for the learner.

3. Training delivery

Hands-on training focuses on the learner’s chosen software or hardware, tailored to real tasks and pace.

4. Review and update

The ILP is updated at the end of each session to record progress and key outcomes.

5. Next session

Trainers help book the next session and confirm details with the learner.

6. Quality and support

All training follows strict quality and data standards, with support available between sessions.
