ADHD Pirates is a UK community-led organisation creating clear, practical resources that help adults make sense of ADHD and neurodivergence in everyday and workplace contexts.

Our work brings together research, lived experience and practical insight, with a focus on understanding situations in context rather than assuming that a diagnosis alone tells us what someone needs.
