Work that makes a practical difference
At Remtek Systems Ltd, we support people with the tools, technology, ergonomic equipment and specialist guidance they need to work and study more comfortably and effectively.
Our work spans assistive technology, workplace assessments, ergonomic solutions, training, coaching and ongoing support. Whether we are helping a student access their studies, supporting an employee through Access to Work, or helping an organisation create a more inclusive workplace, our focus is always the same: practical, person-centred support that makes everyday working and learning easier.
We are always interested in people who care about accessibility, inclusion, service quality and making complex processes feel clearer for the people who rely on us.
Our live vacancies are managed through HiBob. Roles change over time, so the best place to view current availability and apply is our careers portal. Please check the live vacancies page for the most up-to-date details before applying.
View current vacanciesWho we are looking for
We look for people who are thoughtful, reliable and motivated by helping others. You do not always need to come from an accessibility, ergonomics or assistive technology background. For many roles, the most important qualities are curiosity, empathy, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Depending on the role, you may be supporting customers, delivering assessments, providing training, coordinating services, managing accounts, working with technology, or helping our internal teams deliver a high-quality service.
If you enjoy solving practical problems and want your work to have a direct impact, Remtek could be a strong fit.
Accessibility
We believe work and study should be more accessible, more inclusive and easier to navigate.
Practical support
We focus on solutions that work in real environments, not just in theory.
Respect
We listen carefully, communicate clearly and treat people as individuals.
Continuous improvement
We keep learning, refining and improving how we support customers, partners and each other.
Our recruitment process
All current vacancies are listed through our HiBob careers portal. Each role includes the key responsibilities, location, salary information where available, and application details.
To apply, please use the application link on the relevant vacancy. Applications submitted outside the careers portal may not be reviewed, so we recommend applying directly through HiBob.
