Mind Mapping Features

Ayoa assists users in visualising their projects using mind maps, providing control over their appearance. Users can expand ideas by adding notes, images, uploading files, and recording voice notes directly onto the map. The task panel allows linking tasks to mind map branches, helping users develop their thoughts.

Document Creation

Within Ayoa, mind maps can be converted into linear documents with just a click. Users can rearrange headings, add text and images, and export their work in an editable format. This functionality helps those who find linear document production challenging.

Task Management

Ayoa's task management features include progress tracking, reminders, and categorisation. Users can view tasks in various styles, such as kanban boards and gantt charts. Integration with Microsoft or Google calendars prevents duplicate entries and allows for notifications across platforms.

Neurodivergent Tools

Ayoa is designed with neurodivergent users in mind. Tools like autofocus hide unnecessary information, allowing users to concentrate on specific topics. The idea bank stores ideas until they can be placed on the mind map, helping those with short-term memory loss. Customisable backgrounds and default font settings reduce visual stress. The presentation tool enables users to present their work directly from the platform.

Collaboration Tools

Ayoa's collaborative whiteboards and mind maps allow team members to add information, assign tasks, and communicate via group chat. AI-generated mind maps provide a starting point for projects, and the AI summarisation tool helps users handle large texts. The AI assistant offers project-related support, enhancing productivity without cognitive overload.

Our happy customers

Tony did my original assessment, he spent so much time ensuring that we had covered all of the issues that could affect the way in which I work. He recommended equipment to help with my position and posture whilst working at the laptop and keyboard etc. The equipment was then delivered by Ryan who had previously sent me a message to confirm delivery date a details. On arrival Ryan confirmed what was being delivered then built/constructed the chair and unpacked all of the equipment and furniture. Ryan was attentive at all times, ensuring that I understood what each item was for and how it was operated.

Gabriel is a fantastic trainer. He gave me confidence in using the assistive software. He was patient, gave me time to understand the software, and answered all my questions. He has a lot of expertise, and I am happy I received Gabriel as my trainer. Thank you, Gabriel and Remtek.

I would 100% recommend Matthew Quarless as an assistive technology trainer. Matthew is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, he took the time to understand my needs and to teach me in a way that was accessible to me. He made an excellent use of the limited time we had and I came out of our session feeling prepared to make the most of my technology.

Sarah

i really cant put into words how much the ergonomic equipment and software has positively impacted my education. i never knew how a few simple bits of software and ergonomic equipment could really change the game for those with complex disabilities. My software trainer Emily S is an absolute gem! She makes sure every one of my needs are addressed and that i have a thorough understanding of how everything works in order to get the most out of each individual bit of tech. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!

Had my training sessions with David, and feel much more confident with the software I have been given for my university degree having had the sessions. Very helpful and reassuring, and didn't move onto the next bit of information until I was comfortable to do so. He also recommended additional extensions and methods as we progressed through the sessions to improve quality-of-life when using the software. Thank you for all the help, it is much appreciated!!
