Our executive coaching service supports senior employees in developing leadership skills, managing challenges, and building confidence. Delivered by experienced, Level 7 qualified coaches, each programme is individually tailored, empowering participants to lead effectively and thrive in complex environments.

How executive coaching works

 

  • Delivered remotely or face-to-face, based on participant needs

 

  • Structured around 12 hours of flexible coaching

 

  • Initial 2-hour session followed by weekly or fortnightly 1-hour sessions
