Tony did my original assessment, he spent so much time ensuring that we had covered all of the issues that could affect the way in which I work. Had my training sessions with David, and feel much more confident with the software I have been given for my university degree having had the sessions. Very helpful and reassuring, and didn't move onto the next bit of information until I was comfortable to do so.
