Tony did my original assessment, he spent so much time ensuring that we had covered all of the issues that could affect the way in which I work. He recommended equipment to help with my position and posture whilst working at the laptop and keyboard etc. The equipment was then delivered by Ryan who had previously sent me a message to confirm delivery date a details. On arrival Ryan confirmed what was being delivered then built/constructed the chair and unpacked all of the equipment and furniture. Ryan was attentive at all times, ensuring that I understood what each item was for and how it was operated.
i really cant put into words how much the ergonomic equipment and software has positively impacted my education. i never knew how a few simple bits of software and ergonomic equipment could really change the game for those with complex disabilities. My software trainer Emily S is an absolute gem! She makes sure every one of my needs are addressed and that i have a thorough understanding of how everything works in order to get the most out of each individual bit of tech. Had my training sessions with David, and feel much more confident with the software I have been given for my university degree having had the sessions. Very helpful and reassuring, and didn't move onto the next bit of information until I was comfortable to do so.
