Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, John-Michael combines empathy, insight, and evidence-based practice to help others find clarity, build confidence, and create sustainable growth.

Professional Background
John-Michael began his career at Remtek Systems Ltd, working across assistive technology, training, and workplace assessments before founding and leading the Coaching and Mentoring Department. Over more than a decade, he has partnered with hundreds of clients through Access to Work and corporate wellbeing programmes – helping both individuals and teams to achieve measurable progress in confidence, communication, focus, and resilience.
He is a qualified ILM Level 5 Coach and Mentor, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Institute of Leadership.
Alongside his coaching leadership, John-Michael is an author and content creator, writing articles on motivation, reflection, self-talk, and neurodiversity in the workplace.
