Tony did my original assessment, he spent so much time ensuring that we had covered all of the issues that could affect the way in which I work. He recommended equipment to help with my position and posture whilst working at the laptop and keyboard etc. The equipment was then delivered by Ryan who had previously sent me a message to confirm delivery date a details. On arrival Ryan confirmed what was being delivered then built/constructed the chair and unpacked all of the equipment and furniture. Ryan was attentive at all times, ensuring that I understood what each item was for and how it was operated.

I had an assessment with Tony today was such a great experience, his a great communicator and good listener. He explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything provided for me. He allow me to give my option and critics. I’m happy with everything we discussed and all the object provided, It was amazing having him as the assessor. Thank you very much Tony.

Tiago was my trainer for my software. He was great, really helpful and informative. He was friendly and made sure we were going at my pace and that I was happy before moving on. I am already finding it extremely helpful for my degree and I don't feel like my disability is holding me back as much.

Remtek does a great service in helping people understand the technology they have been given for their learning. I thoroughly enjoyed every training season I had with my trainer, Lorna. She was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable, which allowed me to apply my software effectively, which helped improve my University work. i really cant put into words how much the ergonomic equipment and software has positively impacted my education. i never knew how a few simple bits of software and ergonomic equipment could really change the game for those with complex disabilities. My software trainer Emily S is an absolute gem! She makes sure every one of my needs are addressed and that i have a thorough understanding of how everything works in order to get the most out of each individual bit of tech.
